Come join the Master’s Swim group; a small, super-friendly, dedicated group of swimmers at the Rec! We swim 6—7 AM on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Workouts vary, and can be adjusted to skill and training level. Swimming is one of the very best exercises for lowering blood pressure, reducing the risk of heart disease and Type 2 diabetes, and relieving stress, anxiety and depression. Nothing gets your day going like a great swim workout. Everyone is welcome!
