Teens will practice and perfect all of the basic movement patterns in strength training. They will understand how to effectively train for their goals, how much weight to appropriately and safely lift, how to structure and execute a solid strength training program. Proper strength training provides many benefits such as increasing bone density and lean body mass, improving mental health and focus, releasing stress, building strength as confidence, and assisting others. By teaching teens the proper way to move their bodies, they will minimize risk of injury in the future and be confident to continue healthy habits for the rest of their life. Sign up here!
