Aqua Classes

As per Larimer County Health Department COVID guidelines, all instructor-led group fitness classes are cancelled until further notice. 

 

If you need to cancel a lap swim, leisure pool or aqua class reservation, you may do so by clicking on the appropriate listing on the reservation calendar.  We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maximize the use of our pool facilities.

Aqua Zumba® with Patricia G.

Water Walking

The Water Walking class will utilize the Lazy River, which is part of the warm water pool.
Water Walking is not just about walking!
This class will work every major muscle group, from head to toe,
utilizing a combination of against-currant movements,
and exercise equipment, but with low to no joint-impact. You’ll gain strength, endurance,
range of motion, flexibility and balance without stressing joints.
Monday, Wednesday and Friday: 8—8:50 a.m.
Included with membership or daily admission fee.

Shallow Water Aerobics

Join us for a vigorous, athletic, low-impact, aerobic workout where you will gain strength,
flexibility and balance without stressing joints.
We have music and high-energy instructors, who provide a full workout
incorporating multiple exercise disciplines. 
Lap Pool
Tuesdays and Thursdays: 12—12:50 p.m.
Included with membership or daily admission fee.

Deep Water Aerobics

Take an aggressive approach to fitness with a moderately vigorous, non-impact workout held in deep water.
This class is perfect for anyone wanting a great aqua cardio workout.
Monday, Wednesday and Friday: 11:30 a.m.—12:20 p.m.
Dive Well in the Lap Pool
