INVITATION TO BID ESTES PARK 18-HOLE GOLF COURSE HANGAR RESTAURANT CONCESSIONAIRE RFP

The Estes Valley Recreation and Park District is soliciting proposals from suitably qualified and experienced individuals/firms/vendors/concessionaires desiring to provide restaurant, banquet, and bar concession operations for the Hangar Restaurant, located in the clubhouse of the Estes Park Golf Course at 1480 Golf Course Road, Estes Park, CO 80517.
This request for proposal was released on Wednesday, November 9th, 2022 and proposals will be received until 1:00 PM (MST) on Tuesday, December 6th, 2022. Proposals may be deposited at the District Administration Office located at 660 Community Drive (Estes Valley Community Center), or mailed to P.O. Box 1379, Estes Park, CO 80517. No faxed or emailed bids will be accepted. Sealed proposals should be in an envelope labeled “Hangar Restaurant Concession.” Proposals will be opened and publicly read to all those present at 1:00 p.m. MST on Tuesday, December 6th, 2022 at the District Administration Office, 660 Community Drive, Estes Park, CO 80517. No proposals will be considered which are received after the time indicated, and any proposals received after said time shall be returned unopened..
A non-mandatory, pre-proposal meeting will be held at the Estes Park Golf Course, 1480 Golf Course Road, Estes Park, CO on Wednesday November 16, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. MST.
Estes Valley Recreation and Park District reserves the right to reject any or all, or any part, to waive any formalities, and to award the proposal to the vendor deemed to be in the best interest of EVRPD.

The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any bid part, to waive any formalities or informalities, or to accept a Bid or combination of Bids, if any, which in its sole and absolute judgment will under all circumstances best serve the District’s interest. No Bid will be accepted from any firm, person, or corporation, who is a defaulter as to surety or otherwise, or is deemed incompetent, irresponsible, or unreliable by the District.
Where items of equipment and/or materials are specifically identified by a manufacturer's name, model or catalog number in the Invitation to Bid documents, only such specific items may be used in the Bid unless prior written approval of other material has been obtained from the District or their designee. Applications for such approval shall be submitted in duplicate at least six (6) working days prior to Bid opening date. Applications for approval of alternative equipment and/or materials shall be accompanied by a typewritten listing of the specified manufacturer and catalog number, and shall also state in typewritten detail any and all significant details in which each item requested for approval differs from the item specified in the project documents. Failure to list such information shall not relieve the Contractor from providing properly functioning or fitting materials, regardless of the approval action taken by the District or their designee.
