Group Fitness Schedule

All group fitness classes are cancelled on Monday, January 17 in observance of
Martin Luther King, Jr. Day

Here's a look at the January, 2022 Group Fitness Schedule that includes new inclusion classes as well as some specialty offerings. The new classes that are included with your membership or daily pass are: Total Body Strength with Beth, Barre with Megan, Cycling and 2:1 HIIT with Christy and a Balance class with Julie. Check the schedule below for their start dates!
