“We loved using the Lower Level of the Community Center for our wedding reception. Julie Bunton, the Events Coordinator, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The space was perfect with the use of the main room, side rooms, lobby and patio, where we were able to set up a few outdoor games. The lobby had a really good flow for cocktail hour. The kitchen was also a really great staging space for putting together our grazing table and dinner. The Estes Valley Community Center is a great place to host your next birthday party, baby or wedding shower, seminar, corporate meeting, holiday celebration, wedding reception or other special event! The Community Center has more than 4,000 square feet of facility rental space. The three multi-purposes rooms are attractive, well designed spaces, which can be rented individually for small meetings or parties, or can open up to one large room with a hardwood dance floor to accommodate up to 190 people. The classroom has a sink, counter, whiteboard and a built-in audiovisual system, making it the ideal setting for small group meetings. Spaces are available to rent on an hourly basis. Tables and chairs are included in the rental and will be arranged according to the event setup form provided by the renter. 


Rental requests for a particular day and time may be made within one year of the actual date. All rentals are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. A facility-use application must be completed in full to start the process. All events scheduled at the EVCC will be held to the hours contracted. If the renter exceeds the contracted time of the rental, there will be additional charges incurred. Events must be completed by 11:00 p.m. and the facility must be clean and vacated by 12:00 a.m. Rental of the community room(s) or classroom does not include usage and/or admission to the community center.

Damage Deposit

If there are damages to the room upon conclusion of your event, additional fees may be applied.

Cancellations and Refunds

Renters may receive a full refund up to 30 days prior to the rental date. If the event is cancelled 29-15 days in advance, a 50% refund will be given.
No refunds will be given within 14 days of the rental.

Kitchen Rental

A commercial kitchen is also available for rent on a first-come, first-served basis. The kitchen can only be rented to one (1) party at a time.
Up to four hours​: ​​​​​​$90 
More than four hours: $130

Event Set-Up

Tables and chairs are included in the rental and will be arranged according to the event setup form provided by the renter. The setup must adhere to fire code and must be approved by community center staff. Event setup form is due in no later than one week prior to the event. If the form is not turned in by the renter, the layout will be determined by the community center staff. Once the setup is completed, any changes are the responsibility of the renter. Linens are not included.

Audio/Visual Equipment

The Estes Valley Community Center is able to provide your group with audiovisual equipment. The additional fee for use of the projector and screen is $25. 
The additional fee for the use of the sound system is $25.

Alcoholic Beverages

Private parties may have alcohol on site without additional permits or approvals.  Activites open to the public requesting alcohol at their event must receive approval from the Town of Estes Park when the reservation date is confirmed. Cash bars are only allowed for groups with non-profit status.
Serving and consuming alcoholic beverages and food is restricted to the room(s) rented.

Facility Supervision

A facility supervisor must be present during all facility rentals scheduled for non-operational hours. An additional fee of $25 per hour will be charged.
