Ryan Hale Personal Trainer

Since my early days in high school, I knew I wanted to work in sports and help develop athletes. Over the past two decades, I have worked with every level: high school, competitive adults, college, semi-pro, national team and professional levels. At each stop, and no matter the ability, I’ve always had a passion to help people get better. I also love to turn people on to activity and health as a way of life.

In addition to training individuals and teams, I have also taught college courses in health, wellness, physical activity, and coaching techniques and philosophy. I am thrilled to know that many of the high school students I have worked with, continue to enjoy strength training and conditioning as adults. I also take great pride in having trained a generation of future coaches.

My areas of interest include helping young athletes learn and appreciate health and wellness. It starts with emphasizing proper technique and training principles. I also enjoy getting adults back into activity or to help them find a new level of fitness. With a background in both physical health and mental health, my passion is the integration of psychology and physiology.
