Bethany Matthias
Bethany has been a personal trainer for the community center since it opened last year. She is originally from the state of Iowa and moved to Estes Park in the summer of 2017. For the last 20 years she has worked as a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in multiple healthcare settings full time and since moving here she has transitioned to the fitness world. She enjoys being able to use her Physical Therapy brain with her clients.
She is an ISSA certified Personal Trainer. She is also a NASM Senior Fitness Specialist, a STOTT certified Pilates Instructor, and a USWFA certified Water Instructor. She also has her Colorado Physical Therapist Assistant license.
Bethany enjoys working with clients of all ages and can also work with clients in the water.
