Incorporating new fitness goals in your life can be overwhelming, but each new habit established will influence a positive body image, a healthy mindset, and an increase in total body health. New and powerful habits can include healthy food choices, mind-body activities, strength training and cardiovascular activity.
Fitness and healthy eating habits start with you, and I would like to help you along the way. I specialize in strength training, functional training, nutritional management, and weight loss.
I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), and a Fitness Nutrition Specialist through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). I have additional training and certifications in Group Fitness Instruction (ACE), Spinning®, and a Senior Fitness Specialty Certification through the National Exercise Trainers Association (NETA).
Fitness is an important part of my life; however, I understand how fitness goals can be difficult at times. I have been so over-scheduled that I couldn’t find the time or the willpower to exercise. I understand the reasons behind most hesitations to start an exercise program. I have experienced loss of a loved one from poor health habits. I also know that most anything worth something in this life takes time, dedication, and change— change for health, change for strength, and change for healing. These are all worthwhile, and most importantly, YOU ARE WORTH IT!
