Membership Info

Proof of Residency
Resident rates apply to those who reside within the Estes Valley Recreation and Park Taxing District. Proof of residency includes one of the following: current lease agreement or trash/sewer bill. Proof of residency must be established on your customer account.

Family
Five related people with primary member having proof of residency within the Estes Valley Recreation and Park Taxing District. Limited to five people. Each additional family member beyond the initial five family members is required to pay additional per-member fee. Proof of residency and dependent-child relationship may be required (birth cetificate, legal guardianship documents, etc.). Family memberships may include full-time caregivers, nannies, grandchildren, etc.             

Family or up to 5-Person Membership

Up to 5 people living at the same address to include

• Up to 2 adults
• Up to 3 children*

Can add up to 3 additional children - $35 for Residents and $60 for Non-Resident

*Child is defined as 17 years and under

Couple or 2-Person Membership

Two people living at the same address having proof of residency in Estes Valley to include 

• 2 adults
• 1 adult, 1 child*
• 2 children* (with an adult as primary account manager)

Annual Pass Payment Options
Customers have the option of paying monthly through credit card auto debit or in full. Estes Valley Recreation and Park District accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Members who select the monthly payment plan will pay a $3 per month processing fee.

Punch Pass
Punch passes expire two (2) years from date of purchase and are non-refundable. Resident passes are non-transferable; non-resident passes are transferable.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Your annual membership cancellation REQUIRES 30 DAYS WRITTEN NOTICE.  You are responsible for all fees until your cancellation is effective.  You will continue to be billed until your cancellation has been approved and processed.  Cancellations will not be processed if your membership account has a balance.  Please see a Front Desk Attendant to get the proper Cancellation Form.

Your membership agreement must be fulfilled before cancellation unless one of the following has occurred and written proof has been submitted: (1) The member has permanently relocated; or (2) A medical physician certifies that the member is unable to engage in physical exercise; or (3) Special circumstances approved by an EVCC manager.

Monthly and Weekly passes are non-refundable.

Shower Fee
$6 per person.

Military Rates: 10% off annual memberships.

Qualifications
Service in one of the following branches of service. Proof of service required with a Department of Defense issued I.D.:

5. Coast Guard
6. National Guard
7. Merchant Marines

Proof Documentation 

1. DD-214 Form
2. Valid Veterans ID from the Veterans Affairs Office
3. Valid Active Duty or Reservist
