Jiu Jitsu Demo Class with Dylan
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a martial art and combat sport based on ground fighting and submission holds. BJJ helps anyone get in shape, make new friends, and achieve personal goals. Jiu Jitsu makes the impossible possible through strategy, technique, and leverage. Partner sign ups of equal size and weight preferred.

Build strength and endurance with this triple-threat workout that features 15 minutes each of cardio, weight training and core exercises.

Restorative Yin Yoga class
Yin Yoga is a gentle way to restore, reenergize, relax, and surrender. It allows us to work deeply into the connective tissues in our body to heal and release. Athletes often take Yin Yoga to assist in their recovery process. Utilizing the weight of the body, yoga props and gentle poses, Yin yoga is the perfect way to destress, improve flexibility, improve posture, clear emotional baggage and be present.
Fridays at 5:30 PM upper fitness
Body Sculpt Pilates with Ravit
This is a mat-style Pilates class that will strengthen and lengthen your body with precise movements coordinated with breath. You will experience a full body workout using bands, exercise balls, weights, foam rollers and more. Every level is welcome in this class!

Candlelight Yoga with Leslie
This is an intermediate class with a pre-requisite of 10 prior yoga classes,
the ability to make modifications to adjust for personal limitations and a knowledge of yoga etiquette.
The first half of the class includes faster-paced Vinyasa asanas including standing, inversions and balance poses. The second half involves intermediate asanas including arm balances. The playlist focuses on Hindu mantras and meditative instrumentals.
Because this is a candlelight class, the room will be quite dark, so students must be comfortable practicing in a dimly lit room. Class begins promptly at 5:30 p.m.; please arrive early to set up your mat and props. Once the “CLASS IS IN SESSION” sign is on the door, please do not enter the room out of respect for those already in practice.

Cycling with Ryan
Ryan’s studio cycling class is for everyone - from first timers looking for a workout to experienced cyclists training for the outdoor cycling season. You will have the opportunity to make the power or physiologic workloads align with your fitness goals. Classes incorporate seasonal themes, playlists, and trivia to make your workout fun and also include proper bike fit and technique.

Gentle Yoga with Jackie
This is a slower paced, less strenuous yoga class that is perfect for beginners, seniors, and anyone who wants a gentle, supportive class. Jackie will guide you through seated and low-to-the-ground postures with modifications for all skill and ability levels.

SilverSneakers™ Circuit with Becky
SilverSneakers™ Circuit combines aerobics, bands, weights, ball, stretching and a cool down of yoga and dance positions.

Zumba™ with Patricia
This is a total workout that combines all the elements of fitness: cardio-dance, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility! Zumba™ features high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party with Latin and Word rhythms in the playlist. You will enjoy a serious dose of awesome each time you attend!

ZumbaGold™ with Patricia
For those Zumba™ enthusiasts looking for a modified class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower intensity. The easy-to-follow choreography emphasizes balance, range of motion and coordination. Just like Zumba™, you will focus on cardiovascular, muscle conditioning, flexibility and balance.

Stretching/Flexibility with Patricia
This class is dedicated time to perform simple various dynamic and static stretches that will improve your flexibility and range of motion. It will also teach you how to properly control stabilizing muscles using proper form and holding the stretch very gently with your own breathing pattern. The benefit include getting your body more supple and energized, as well as help prevent injuries and maintain joint health. Not recommended to a person with underlying injuries or joint issues.
