My journey began as a classically trained ballerina followed by a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science with certifications in Personal Training, Fitness Nutrition, Barre and Zumba.
I am the mother of three beautiful children, and understand the drastic changes our bodies go through during life. It is my goal to empower my clients to become their best selves through fitness and diet.
As a trainer/instructor, I use research-based methods to achieve the best individual results possible. My focus is on the basics of human movement and energy balance, looking toward maintainable lifestyles. I like to focus heavily on strength training. I help my clients sift through the plethora of information available, and with them create a program that is a personalized fit that they will enjoy and adhere to.
Obesity is a growing epidemic in America. A lot of people can “lose the weight,” but keeping it off is another story. I specialize in the “diet after the diet.” Reverse dieting gives my clients the knowledge and freedom to eat what they want and still maintain a healthy lifestyle. I am constantly in awe of what we are capable of with enough practice, patience, and persistence. True change comes through lifestyle changes.
