REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
OPERATION OF THE INDUSTRIAL KITCHEN FOR COFFEE AND CAFÉ SERVICES
AT THE ESTES VALLEY COMMUNITY CENTER
ESTES VALLEY RECREATION & PARK DISTRICT
The Estes Valley Recreation and Park District (EVRPD) is seeking proposals from suitably qualified and experienced individuals / firms to operate the industrial kitchen for coffee and café services, located at the Estes Valley Community Center.
The Request for Proposal will be available beginning Wednesday, March 3, 2021 and proposals will be received until. 1:00 PM, (MST), on Friday, March 19, 2021. Proposals may be deposited at the District Administration Office, 660 Community Drive, or mailed to P.O. Box 1379, Estes Park, Colorado 80517. No faxed or emailed Bids will be accepted. Sealed Proposals should be in an envelope labeled “OPERATION OF THE INDUSTRIAL KITCHEN FOR COFFEE AND CAFÉ SERVICES AT THE ESTES VALLEY COMMUNITY CENTER”. Proposals will be opened and publicly read to all those present at 1:00 PM on Friday March 19th, 2021 at the District Administration Office, 660 Community Drive, Estes Park, CO 80517. Vendors submitting Proposals are invited, but not required, to attend the opening. Sole responsibility rests with the vendor to see that their Proposal is received on time at the stated location. No Proposal will be considered which are received after the time indicated, and any Proposal so received after said time shall be returned to the Vendor unopened.
A pre-proposal meeting will be held on Thursday, March 11, 2021 at 12:00 PM at the Estes Valley Community Center, 660 Community Drive, Estes Park, CO 80517. This is not a mandatory meeting, but attendance is recommended.
The Request for Proposal, and any addenda will be available on March 3, 2021at BidNetDirect https://www.bidnetdirect.com/colorado/estespark. Copies of the Request for Proposal, and any addenda may also be obtained from EVRPD Administrative Offices, 660 Community Drive, Estes Park, CO 80517.
Estes Valley Recreation and Park District reserves the right to reject any or all, or any part, to waive any formalities, and to award the proposal to the vendor deemed to be in the best interest of EVRPD.
