The close proximity to the town of Estes Park for shopping or dining, makes the location one of the best in the Estes Valley. It's easy to pass the time here with your friends and family while you enjoy all that Estes Park has to offer. This campground is open from mid-May to mid-September.

NATURAL FEATURES: The campground is sunny with areas of partial shade primarily in the tent areas. A spectacular view of the Twin Sisters Peaks in Rocky Mountain National Park frames your view as you look over Mary's Lake. Campground roads are graded roadbase and are wide enough to accommodate most truck and trailer combinations as well as big rigs. Natural rock outcroppings provide fun climbing experiences for kids. Deer and elk are frequent visitors to the campground as well as a wide variety of other birds and mammals common to the rocky mountains. As in all mountain areas, responsible food storage is required to deter bears from entering the campground.

ON-SITE FACILITIES: The Estes Park Campground at Mary's Lake has 128 sites suitable for everyone from tenters to RVers with big rigs. All sites are equipped with a picnic table, campfire ring, and bear-resistant food storage locker. Tent-only sites have a level designated tent pad that typically measures 12' x 16'. Amenities are plentiful with full hookup sites with 50-amp service, water and electric sites with 30-amp service, access to drinking water, flush toilets, coin-op hot showers, dump station, propane filling station, firewood and ice sales, a heated swimming pool, a fully stocked camp store, laundry facilities, and a playground for the kids. 

RECREATION: For fishing enthusiasts, spending the day across the road on the shore of Mary's Lake is like spending a day in paradise. Those interested in exploring Rocky Mountain National Park are only a few miles away from the Park entrance station. Trails in Rocky Mountain National Park are suitable for easy strolls as well as fully-committed backcountry treks into the high country. Our enthusiastic and knowledgeable staff is happy to help you plan your day trips. There are numerous outfitters and guiding companies in Estes Park that would love to take you horseback riding, jeeping, fly fishing, rock climbing, sightseeing, or biking. Our own Rec Center offers leisure and lap pools, hot tub, indoor track, group fitness classes, weights and aerobic machines as well as on-site child watch services. We have two golf course locations with 18-Hole9-Hole and Disc Golf. Our Marina has bike and boat rentals as well as a pavilion to rent for family gatherings.
