Wintertime Fitness - Go jump in the pool!
For those of us fortunate enough to call Estes Park home, we cherish our time outdoors. Except, it’s February. We could enjoy a gorgeous bluebird day with bright sun and blue skies over the snow-covered mountains; just perfect for a hike…or…the weather could be windy, snowy and not conducive to that hike at all. It’s not surprising that research shows exercise levels decrease in the wintertime.
